Lead Consultant SAP Architecture

About the role

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a central role in client projects by bridging the gap between clients, consulting teams, and nearshore architects. You will provide technical leadership, establish clear structures, and ensure that technical concepts are successfully implemented. Your goal is to align project stakeholders toward common objectives while ensuring the scalability and sustainability of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client projects by aligning requirements, architecture, and implementation.
• Coordinate with nearshore teams to define clear responsibilities and actionable architectural decisions.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Ensure technical quality by moderating architectural decisions and assessing solution scalability.
• Resolve technical or organizational challenges by developing pragmatic solutions.
• Establish best practices for nearshore collaboration and contribute to the growth of delivery and architecture expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in complex SAP projects
