About the role

As a Senior Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing prime locations for the next generation of Fastned's ultra-fast charging stations. You will build long-term partnerships with property owners, developers, and municipalities while managing the end-to-end site acquisition process. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility while leading a small regional team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate attractive locations for new charging stations in the region
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with property owners, developers, and municipalities
  • Lead negotiations for lease, rental, or purchase agreements
  • Analyze site viability based on location, visibility, and traffic accessibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams including architecture, legal, construction, and operations
  • Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members
