Client Delivery Associate - Energy Markets

About the role

The Client Delivery Associate will join the Delivery team to support complex migration projects and transformation journeys for energy clients. You will work alongside internal teams to manage client relationships, oversee small feature rollouts, and ensure the successful technical delivery of the Kraken platform. This role focuses on understanding client business models, mitigating project risks, and driving effective communication between clients and internal product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client counterparts and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the platform.
• Take ownership of small feature rollouts or system configuration, from gathering requirements to delivery.
• Explore and analyse client issues using data to scope problems and drive actionable solutions.
• Support the triage of incoming requests and ensure client needs are communicated to the correct internal teams.
• Identify potential project risks and take proactive steps to address or escalate them.
• Contribute to team rituals and document progress using project management tools.
