About the role

Aircall is seeking an engaged and passionate Senior Data Engineer to join the Analytics & Data Platform team. You will manage the analytics and event platform stack, building features that provide near real-time data solutions for over 22,000 customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into data models and optimize for big data
• Design scalable and low latency streaming platform solutions and deliver key modules
• Identify slow queries and optimize for better performance
• Write clean, scalable code using Scala, Python, or SQL and deploy applications
• Solve challenging data problems using optimal architectures and frameworks
• Mentor team members through actionable feedback
