Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead

About the role

The Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead will own the technical development, integration, and lifecycle management of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. This hands-on role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, determining the appropriate use of standard capabilities versus custom code, and providing technical leadership. The position requires close collaboration with business process owners and technical teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including architecture, environments, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, business logic, client-side extensions, and Power Apps Component Framework components.
• Design and maintain secure, reliable integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business systems.
• Establish appropriate practices for source control, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, documentation, security, and technical debt management.
• Translate business requirements into sound solution designs, guide implementation partners, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed standards.
