About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead to own the technical development, integration, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and determine when to use standard platform capabilities, configuration, low-code development, or custom code. The role combines hands-on platform development with technical leadership, solution governance, and long-term ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Set the technical direction for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including architecture, environments, standards, and lifecycle management.
  • Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Develop Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, business logic, client-side extensions, and Power Apps Component Framework components.
  • Design and maintain secure, reliable integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business systems.
  • Establish appropriate practices for source control, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, documentation, security, and technical debt management.
  • Translate business requirements into sound solution designs, guide implementation partners, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed standards.
