Lead Product Manager, Go-to-Market

About the role

Haut.AI is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for their BeautyTech solutions. This role bridges the gap between technology and commercial success by managing product packaging, pricing, launches, and the end-to-end customer journey. You will act as the product voice in enterprise sales conversations and translate market demand into actionable roadmaps for the delivery and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous enterprise requirements into prioritized experiments and clear problem statements.
• Manage product packaging and pricing models, including tiers, bundles, and API usage structures.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including positioning, documentation, and enablement.
• Map and optimize the customer journey from initial demo to go-live and expansion to shorten time-to-value.
• Define and defend the product roadmap using hypotheses, timelines, and metrics tied to company OKRs.
• Participate in enterprise sales calls to gather feedback and address objections directly.
• Provide evidence-based demand signals to delivery PMs and engineering teams.
