Director Product

About the role

The Director Product is responsible for the entire product lifecycle across all SNOCKS Group brands, from initial concept through sourcing and production to warehouse delivery. This role involves setting strategic direction, leading product development, supply chain, quality management, and ESG teams, while maintaining a hands-on approach to supplier management and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and assortment strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee new product development and launch processes to ensure successful market entry.
• Manage supplier relationships and direct sourcing strategies, particularly in China and Pakistan.
• Ensure efficient supply chain operations and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
• Lead and mentor teams across product development, supply chain, quality management, and ESG.
• Drive process improvements and scalability within the product division.

Qualifications
