About the role
The Head of Product leads the end-to-end product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management across Avenir Collective's portfolio of beauty, personal care, and lifestyle brands. This high-impact leadership role defines and scales product capability to deliver consumer-led products that drive commercial growth and competitive advantage. The role involves partnering with brand managers to translate market insights into successful product portfolios while building the systems and governance required for a scalable, multi-brand business.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and innovation roadmap across the portfolio of beauty, personal care, and lifestyle brands.
- Lead portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions by developing robust business cases.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development through to launch and retirement.
- Establish effective stage-gate, project management, and product governance processes.
- Oversee product quality, regulatory compliance, testing, and claims substantiation.
- Develop strategic supplier and manufacturing partnerships to support innovation and commercial value.
- Build and develop a high-performing product function with strong technical and commercial capabilities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Product or Product Development within beauty, personal care, consumer goods or adjacent lifestyle categories.
