Project Manager – Broadband / FTTx

About the role

This role involves leading large-scale, publicly funded broadband and fiber-optic infrastructure projects from initial planning through to final acceptance. You will coordinate between various stakeholders, including construction firms and municipalities, while ensuring projects meet strict quality, budget, and regulatory standards. The position offers the opportunity to shape digital infrastructure across entire regions within a stable public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead funded broadband projects from planning to final acceptance.
• Coordinate all project participants including civil engineering firms, planning offices, and municipalities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Conduct tenders and award planning and construction contracts.
• Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and management.
• Support the strategic development of expansion projects.
