HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training initiatives. This role involves managing HR records, streamlining workflows through automation and AI, and ensuring operational efficiency within a global, remote team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining alignment with U.S.-based firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee onboarding process and ensure new hires are proficient with the firm's technology stack.
• Assist with HR document, process, and compliance audits and monitor completion of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records within Rippling and other HR systems.
• Support sourcing for open roles, manage candidate pipelines, and assist with background checks and interviews.
• Maintain and update training curriculum, onboarding materials, and learning resources.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Excellent written and spoken English
