About the role
As a Senior Privacy Engineer, you will lead complex projects across company-wide objectives to protect user privacy. You will own major components of privacy technology, participate in review and audit processes, and eventually mentor other engineers to support team growth.
Responsibilities
- Design systems for improving search indexes and AI features without compromising user privacy
- Build new features on top of the Tracker Radar crawler to detect emerging privacy threats
- Implement new privacy features and maintain existing ones such as Web Tracking and Email Protections
- Participate in privacy review and audit processes to ensure product developments align with privacy principles
- Mentor other engineers to support their career growth and the growth of the Privacy Team
