About the role
The Single Photon Source Lithography Engineer will support the development, stabilization, and industrialization of semiconductor fabrication processes. This role bridges the gap between advanced R&D and production, focusing on in-situ localization of quantum dots and laser lithography. The successful candidate will work in a hands-on capacity to improve process capability, reproducibility, yield, and throughput.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and stabilize quantum dot positioning and laser lithography processes.
- Contribute to the development of GUIs, automation codes, and fully-automated lithography tools using Python.
- Validate and qualify new fabrication equipment and define process windows and operating conditions.
- Convert R&D process building blocks into stable, documented, and manufacturable processes.
- Lead or contribute to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and establish process controls.
- Monitor production process performance and lead root-cause analysis for yield losses and process excursions.
- Provide hands-on technical support to cleanroom operators and production teams.

Qualifications
