Early Talent Lead

About the role

The Early Talent Lead will own the strategy and delivery of Multiverse's Early Talent offering in England, focusing on delivering apprenticeships to individuals at the start of their careers. This role is both commercial and operational, requiring the lead to manage cross-functional squads and navigate business realities to create a sustainable product. The position reports to the Chief of Staff within the CEO Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the plan for growing Early Talent products in a scalable and commercial way.
• Monitor market developments, customer feedback, and policy changes to iterate on the product offering.
• Design the end-to-end operational journey and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, fulfilment, operations, learning, and product.
• Partner, build, or buy adjacent Early Talent plays to respond to market demand and explore new routes to market.
• Act as the external face of Early Talent by representing the company at events and building the brand narrative.
