About the role

Think Academy US is seeking a full-time G1-G2 Math Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction using a structured curriculum. This role focuses on student growth and engagement within a collaborative team environment, with opportunities for high-performing teachers to advance into Grade Leader roles. The position requires a commitment to long-term professional development and consistent communication with parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Teach G1-G2 math classes in an engaging, clear, and age-appropriate manner using provided curriculum and materials.
• Lead virtual classes with high energy to maintain student attention and engagement.
• Create a positive and high-expectation learning environment for early learners.
• Grade homework and provide timely, professional feedback to students and parents regarding progress and behavior.
• Participate in ongoing training, lesson preparation, and professional development to refine teaching habits.

Qualifications
