About the role

The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing Workforce Administration transactions across the employee lifecycle in accordance with defined service levels, policies, and standard operating procedures. The role supports employee data management, HR transactions, and operational excellence through effective utilization of HR systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
• Ensure all transactions meet defined service levels and standard operating procedures
• Support operational excellence initiatives within the HR department
