About the role

QuantWare is seeking an analytically strong professional to join the Finance team to support growth, compliance, and strategic projects. This role involves working closely with leadership on process improvements, grant management, and international expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys moving between analysis and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support finance improvement projects across processes, controls, reporting, and systems.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate finance workflows using AI and new technology.
• Support Finance leadership on strategic, analytical, and operational priorities.
• Manage grant and subsidy applications, financial models, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with commercial, compliance, and regulatory topics including contract administration.
• Support international activities by coordinating export controls and regulatory requirements.
