METYCLE is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to turn complex operational and business data into clear insights and measurable improvements. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, requiring you to work directly with teams to understand their data needs and translate them into stable, automated reporting and analytics. You will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for the scrap metal processing industry.
Responsibilities
- Turn complex business questions into clear, actionable analysis and identify key drivers behind business performance.
- Build and maintain data transformations to turn raw data into clean, reliable datasets in the Data Warehouse.
- Translate business requirements into well-structured, reusable data models and metrics.
- Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and freshness.
- Build and support intuitive dashboards and reports to enable self-service analytics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation for datasets, transformations, and metrics.
- Identify and automate inefficient analytical workflows using modern data tooling and AI.
