SRE / Platform Engineer

About the role

Linro is seeking an early infrastructure engineer to take ownership of their cloud security platform's production environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and auditability of the platform as it enforces security policies across customer cloud infrastructures. This role involves managing production operations, evolving infrastructure-as-code practices, and building the operational backbone for a growing security product.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability including SLOs, alerting, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems.
• Manage the installation fleet through provisioning, maintenance windows, and safe auto-upgrades for SaaS and self-hosted environments.
• Address reliability challenges including sensor memory management, capacity planning for ClickHouse, and health monitoring for Postgres, PGMQ, and Temporal.
• Evolve the platform using Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and GitHub Actions with a focus on guardrails for human and AI agent interactions.
• Produce audit-ready operations including backups, disaster recovery, and continuity testing for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
