About the role

The Head of Marketing will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, leading the rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock as it evolves from a crypto-native firm to an institutional player. This role involves working as a strategic partner to the CCO to drive commercial impact through a lean, AI-augmented team. The position is a transformation mandate requiring a leader who can set creative vision and direction rather than managing operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the complete rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock in the market
  • Define and drive the marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences
  • Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity
  • Push information into the market to increase brand authority and attention
  • Partner closely with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable commercial impact
  • Build and lead a small, high-impact team augmented by AI tooling
  • Shape how Keyrock is perceived as the industry converges with traditional finance
