Director, International Delivery Management - Professional Services

About the role

Elastic is seeking an experienced delivery consulting leader to own and transform the international Delivery Management function across EMEA and APJ. This role involves leading a globally distributed team, driving commercial growth, and implementing AI-powered delivery strategies to scale operations through 2027 and 2028. The successful candidate will act as a senior client presence, ensuring operational excellence and financial success across strategic enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the international Delivery Management function, managing a team across EMEA and APJ.
• Drive team transformation from project execution to outcome-led consulting.
• Champion the adoption of Fixed Price engagement models to improve margin and predictability.
• Lead the integration of AI tools to enhance team productivity and client engagement.
• Maintain financial accountability for the international delivery portfolio, including bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Build and sustain C-level executive relationships to drive land-and-expand value outcomes.
• Serve as a connective tissue between Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
