About the role

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care to a diverse population of clients. The role involves conducting assessments, creating care plans, and prescribing medication for conditions such as depression and anxiety. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
• Treat clients aged 14 and up
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed
• Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
• Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools
• Adhere to clinical practice guidelines
• Consult with regional clinic directors and staff on clients, programs, and services
