Senior Experience Engineer

About the role

The Senior Experience Engineer will lead the end-to-end delivery of features from problem discovery to production deployment. This role focuses on building high-impact solutions for the Polkadot ecosystem by leveraging AI-native workflows and rapid iteration. The engineer will work autonomously to translate user needs into scalable software while maintaining a high shipping cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to accelerate velocity and maximize output.
• Navigate ambiguity by exercising sound judgment and filling requirement gaps.
• Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and prioritize validated learning.
• Partner with stakeholders and users to understand pain points and translate them into functional software.
• Work proactively across the organization to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence.
