About the role

The IT Service Design Lead will act as a bridge between technical IT and security changes and the employees who use them. This role focuses on bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to the design, introduction, and adoption of IT services across the business. You will partner with Service Operations, Security, and the People Team to ensure internal systems are user-friendly and well-supported.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the service design and change approach for priority IT initiatives to ensure adoption.
  • Partner with Service Operations to map support readiness and improve the service catalogue.
  • Translate technical security roadmap requirements into practical guidance for impacted teams.
  • Establish an engaging operating model for security awareness and training.
  • Streamline employee lifecycle workflows including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the Change & Communications Coordinator.
