Staff Software Engineer

Aircall is seeking an engaged and passionate Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership across its growing engineering department. The role involves driving influence across teams and domains, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring high standards in architecture, security, and DevOps. You will act as a go-to expert, mentoring others and defining technical strategies to solve impactful problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead transversal, complex projects autonomously from ideation to completion.
• Communicate technical vision across multiple teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance across the engineering organization.
• Identify improvements and advocate for customer needs across the company.
• Define technical strategies for complex, impactful problems.
• Set and uphold high quality standards in architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Write production-ready code and participate in software design discussions.
