Engineering Manager ERP

About the role

Enpal is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of its ERP landscape from a traditional Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O setup into an AI-native Agentic Enterprise. You will serve as both a technical leader and people manager, steering the transition to a clean-core platform while building the engineering capability to deliver agentic extensions and integrations. This role is critical to establishing the technical foundation that powers Enpal's decentralized energy platform at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP engineering strategy to transition to a clean-core, max-standard platform.
• Evaluate the current D365 F&O landscape and define the transformation path forward.
• Own the technical architecture for the agentic layer, including agent harnesses and integration standards.
• Oversee end-to-end D365 F&O development, ensuring clean technical design and release governance.
• Implement strong DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for predictable releases.
• Design and scale integrations with the broader tech ecosystem including CRM, IoT, and Azure.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP developers and engineers.
