Engineering Manager ERP

About the role

Enpal is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of its ERP landscape from a traditional D365 F&O setup into an AI-native Agentic Enterprise. You will serve as both a technical leader and people manager, steering the transition to a clean-core platform while building the engineering capability to deliver agentic extensions and integrations. This role is critical to building the technical foundation that powers Enpal's decentralized energy platform at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP engineering strategy to transition to a clean-core, max-standard platform.
• Oversee end-to-end D365 F&O development, ensuring clean technical design, code quality, and release governance.
• Design and scale integrations with the broader tech ecosystem including Salesforce, Azure, Snowflake, and Microsoft AI platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP developers and engineers across multiple legal entities.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, AI-native delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Own the technical architecture for the agentic layer, including agent harnesses and integration standards.
