About the role

Cartonplast Group GmbH is seeking a Teamlead Software Development to oversee the evolution of their proprietary ERP solution. You will lead the development team, manage the product backlog, and act as the primary interface between international business departments and technical staff. This role involves both disciplinary leadership and hands-on technical contribution to support commercial, logistical, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Act as the central interface between business departments, international locations, and development
• Collect, prioritize, and translate requirements into user stories
• Manage the product backlog from initial idea to successful implementation
• Guide technical decisions and contribute to development tasks when necessary
• Continuously improve development processes, methods, and tools
