About the role

AMI Paris is seeking a Barista to join their flagship store in Le Marais. The role involves providing a high-quality, welcoming customer experience through expert beverage preparation and service while managing the cafe space operations. You will work closely with the retail team to ensure a seamless brand experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide expert advice on the menu
• Prepare espresso-based and filter coffee beverages including latte art
• Manage daily machine and grinder settings to ensure consistent quality
• Oversee stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory management
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all coffee equipment
• Train and supervise the second barista and participate in future recruitment
