About the role
Lpe Immobilien Management Gmbh is seeking a Product Designer to join their new product team as the first design-focused hire. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research with property managers and owners to creating interfaces for their proprietary software, lpeOS. This role involves working closely with product engineers to implement designs directly into the frontend using AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with property managers and owners to gather insights
- Translate research findings into concepts and user interfaces
- Build and maintain the design system and design processes
- Design interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows and agent-based tasks
- Implement features directly into the frontend using React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
