Senior Engineer

About the role

The Senior Engineer provides L2/L3 network and hardware support for servers, storage, 3PAR, and networking equipment. This role involves guiding L1 support staff through installation and break-fix procedures while ensuring incident resolution. The engineer also manages customer contact points to ensure satisfaction and may occasionally visit customer sites for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for servers, storage, 3PAR, and networking equipment.
• Guide L1 support staff in installation and break-fix tasks.
• Manage incidents through to final closure.
• Communicate with customer contact points to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit customer sites to assist field engineers with complex technical issues.
