About the role

1Komma5Grad is seeking a student to join their Operational Excellence team to support onboarding, training, and the standardization of operational processes. The role involves coordinating decision-making committees and helping implement standards across various locations to support the company's mission of transitioning households to renewable energy. You will work 15-20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during semester breaks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and follow up on operational onboarding sessions and assist in their execution.
• Develop, organize, and implement new training formats.
• Support the coordination and management of the order management decision-making committee.
• Assist in the creation and development of operational standards.
• Support the introduction and implementation of these standards across different locations.
