About the role

As a station manager at roadsurfer, you will be responsible for developing the location and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business. You will lead your team, manage the vehicle fleet, and provide expert advice to customers regarding rental and subscription products. This role involves process optimization and international collaboration to maintain high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the location in collaboration with central departments
• Support the implementation and optimization of operational standards
• Coordinate with international teams to improve processes
• Lead, onboard, and provide feedback to the local team
• Manage recruitment for the station
• Oversee the vehicle fleet and coordinate with service partners
• Provide expert customer consultation on products
