About the role

Cordes Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing digital agency helping craft businesses attract skilled workers through social media strategies. As a Fullstack Developer, you will design and automate business processes using modern tools to ensure seamless data flows and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing systems and optimizing workflows within the Business Development department.

Responsibilities

• Automatisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse mit No-Code / Low-Code Tools wie n8n, Zapier, Make
• Aufbau, Pflege und Verwaltung von Airtable-Datenbanken
• Entwicklung von Front-Ends und Interfaces mit No-Code / Low-Code-Tools
• Management und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (insbesondere HubSpot)
• Planung, Umsetzung und Implementierung von neuen Geschäftsprozessen
• Dokumentation & Konzeption von digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
• Anwenderschulung & -betreuung

Qualifications
