About the role

The Food Safety & Quality Assurance team is seeking an experienced professional to drive food safety and quality compliance within the Produce, Herbs & Fruit category. This role involves working collaboratively across international teams to establish best practices, manage supplier performance, and lead strategic projects to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site supplier visits and audits to manage approval and drive quality improvements.
• Develop best practice ways of working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strategically manage supplier product quality and performance to reduce complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and manage quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Own category KPIs related to compliance, customer complaints, and delivery specifications.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers and products to ensure safety and legal compliance.
