About the role

Canonical is seeking Regional SDR Directors to lead inbound and outbound sales development teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities

  • Direct regional SDR and BDR managers and teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  • Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR Team Managers
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Regional Sales VPs, Marketing, and Field Engineering
  • Leverage modern sales tech stacks and CRM analytics for predictable pipeline forecasting
  • Manage scalable talent pipelines to feed senior sales and alliances positions
  • Drive accountability and culture across asynchronous, remote-first global teams
