Intelligence Center X Principal

About the role

The ICX Principal represents the most experienced technical and industry expertise within the global ICX Engineering practice. This role combines deep technical knowledge, industry perspective, and senior stakeholder engagement to shape strategic opportunities and establish reusable approaches across the practice. The Principal acts as a senior advisor, unblocking complex challenges and driving the evolution of the product through insights gained from strategic customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements, particularly where ICX and Xcelerator are being combined in new or complex ways.
• Provide senior technical and strategic guidance across lighthouse accounts without owning every stage or every engagement.
• Define the reference architectures, accelerators, patterns and value cases that Engineers build from and the zones can reuse.
• Provide enablement and coaching, helping develop Engineers and establishing the career path toward the Principal bar.
• Help assure Year-1 success on strategic accounts and support expansion where appropriate.
• Channel insights and learnings from live customer engagements back to R&D to inform the evolution of the product and practice.
