About the role

Exotec is seeking passionate interns to join the Hardware Robotics team to support the development of next-generation robotic products. Interns will contribute to the design, development, testing, and improvement of physical systems that enable robots to operate in demanding environments worldwide. Projects will vary based on specialization and current needs, covering areas such as mechanics, mechatronics, energy systems, and vision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of innovative robotic systems from design to performance validation.
• Contribute to mechanical design of robotic components or sub-assemblies.
• Conduct sizing and validation studies.
• Develop mechatronic systems and improve robot reliability.
• Design and build test benches and participate in trial campaigns.
• Work on energy systems, battery technologies, or embedded vision systems.
• Collaborate with software, industrialization, and validation teams.
