Change Manager

About the role

Rohlik is seeking a Change Manager to lead process improvements and project implementation at their Berlin fulfillment center. This role bridges strategy and practice by rolling out new tools and systems while ensuring operational standards are met. You will report to the Head of Change Management and act as the primary contact for all optimization initiatives at the site.

Responsibilities

• Steer change management and continuous improvement processes at the Berlin site.
• Act as the local project management office, monitoring progress and KPIs.
• Coordinate priorities, project scopes, and resources with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive innovation roadmaps and anchor best practices within the facility.
• Provide operational support during peak times through problem-solving and KPI reporting.
• Manage and prioritize the entire project and program portfolio for the location.
