Product Manager Intern

About the role

Aircall is seeking a curious Product Manager Intern to contribute to the evolution of its core AI-powered customer communications platform. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements and help shape the user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, navigating ambiguity, and solving complex problems across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential improvements.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear opportunities and product recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Align dependencies and facilitate tradeoff discussions with stakeholders across product areas.
• Follow the development cycle end-to-end to ensure high-quality agile delivery.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and product demos to support launches.
• Gather and synthesize usage and performance data to identify patterns and bottlenecks.
• Research and implement tools and frameworks for tracking key product metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications
