Senior Consultant - S&OP & Integrated Business Planning

About the role

Miebach Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead S&OP and Integrated Business Planning projects for national and international clients. You will analyze and implement planning processes, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and develop innovative supply chain solutions. This role involves managing project work packages and contributing to the firm's thought leadership in planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement S&OP and IBP processes for clients.
• Develop integrated planning approaches to align demand, supply, capacity, and finance.
• Moderate cross-functional workshops with supply chain, sales, production, and finance teams.
• Optimize planning organizations, governance models, and decision-making processes.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of digital planning and advanced planning solutions.
• Manage project work packages and serve as a primary contact for clients.
• Advance internal S&OP/IBP methodologies and support business development efforts.

Qualifications
