Data Steward - Corporate Operations

About the role

The Data Steward for Corporate Operations will ensure the reliability, accessibility, and security of HR data within a global transformation project. Working within the People Data team, this role involves documenting business concepts, managing data lineage, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of HR platforms such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the structuring of business concepts and ensure coherent documentation in the Data Catalog.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist data users in locating and utilizing data.
• Ensure data ingestion into the Datalake adheres to established standards and schemas.
• Monitor data security and compliance with legal requirements such as CNIL and GDPR.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Quality Managers, and technical teams to improve data maturity.
