About the role

The Supply Chain Planner serves as the key link between customers, engineering teams, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure material availability, demand fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and customer engagement activities while collaborating closely with engineering teams on product changes and new product introductions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and meet SLA’s.
  • Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability.
  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage escalations effectively.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to understand demand trends, forecast changes, and business requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams on product lifecycle management activities and drive cross-functional technical reviews.
  • Support New Product Introduction and Engineering Change Order implementation.
  • Develop forecasting and demand analysis reports and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support
  • Experience working in a customer-facing or cross-functional planning role
