About the role
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, operations, and special projects for Practice Management Systems. You will bring structure to a complex, fast-moving space by shaping how the company onboards, engages, and retains PMS customers while defining processes and metrics that allow local teams to operate consistently at a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the PMS Customer Success operating model across all PMS products and markets.
- Drive the onboarding process revamp across PMS products and roll it out across acquired companies.
- Own the early-churn initiative and transition processes from manual execution toward CRM automation.
- Build the performance layer for PMS CS, including KPIs, dashboards, and cohort views.
- Standardize local-team governance and ways of working across markets to ensure a consistent, data-driven global model.
- Translate product priorities into actionable local execution and surface local realities to product teams.
- Track performance of PMS CS initiatives, monitor spend, and proactively flag risks.
