About the role

Simtra is a contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in sterile, injectable pharmaceuticals, particularly cancer therapeutics. The Teamleiter Mechaniker will lead a team of mechanics both professionally and disciplinarily, overseeing daily production routines, maintenance, and technical projects at the Halle facility.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden inklusive Bewerbungsgesprächen und Mitarbeitergesprächen
• Tägliche Organisation der Mitarbeitenden und der Routineabläufe in der Produktion wie Dokumentation, Rüsten und Wartung
• Mitarbeit bei FATs, Qualifizierungen und Validierungen in Projekten
• Wöchentliche Kontrolle der Wartungsdokumentation und Sicherstellung der Arbeitsweise nach EHS
• Erstellung von technischen Anleitungen und Unterstützung bei der Prozessverbesserung
• Unterstützung der Ingenieure bei der Planung und Durchführung der vorbeugenden Wartung und Instandhaltung
• Anleitung bei Analysen, Behebung und Reparaturen von mechanischen Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen
