Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Menlo Security is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a trusted talent partner for department leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design. You will be responsible for finding and closing top talent while maintaining the company's inclusive culture. The role involves using AI-assisted tools to streamline sourcing and screening, allowing you to focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build an ongoing pipeline of skilled, diverse talent using market knowledge and hiring trends.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a subject matter expert on technical hiring.
• Utilize AI-assisted sourcing and screening tools to improve pipeline generation and efficiency.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and systems in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Report on recruiting metrics and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Build talent communities and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and diversity sourcing efforts.
