Supply Chain Tech - Center of Excellence

About the role

The Tech Lead/Architect for the Supply Chain Center of Excellence will own the technical foundation of Cognite's Integrated Supply Chain offering, including knowledge graphs, generative AI agents, and command-center UX. This role involves acting as a subject-matter expert across source-make-deliver processes, modeling customer supply chains, and engineering domain expertise into deterministic AI playbooks. The position requires balancing high-level executive communication with hands-on technical architecture and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Align the Center of Excellence on high-impact use cases and deploy them as customer solutions.
• Lead customer modeling sessions to demonstrate how data models and hierarchies absorb requirements at scale.
• Guide customers on adopting the graph, AI, and UI stack, including integration patterns with platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Convert domain expertise into structured AI skills with fixed parameters, guardrails, and testable anchors.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex graph queries and agent design while owning testing and evaluation frameworks.
• Support end-to-end architecture reviews and quantify commercial impact for executive business cases.
• Equip partners with reusable demos and maintain consistent terminology across models and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in industrial supply chain
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery for enterprise software
