About the role

The role involves building and managing the HEJ TikTok channel by developing creative video formats, planning scripts, and executing content from production to final edit. You will analyze performance, participate in editorial meetings, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging while working closely with the Content & Communications team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan video scripts and creative formats for TikTok
• Film and edit short-form video content including product features, BTS, and community-focused clips
• Identify and adapt current trends into brand-relevant content
• Manage a content editorial plan aligned with launch and campaign schedules
• Analyze video performance and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with the Content & Communications team to ensure brand consistency
