Solutions Engineer, Veeam Data Cloud Vault

About the role

The Vault Solutions Engineer collaborates with field sellers to evangelize the Vault product offering and provide technical expertise to customers and partners. This role involves working at the intersection of data resilience, security, and public cloud platforms to shape customer architectures and drive technical wins. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on protecting and recovering workloads across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the core sales department to develop Veeam Vault opportunities to technical win
• Conduct live and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on Vault solution
• Work closely with Product Management to provide customer feedback
• Provide pre-sales support to customers as they evaluate Veeam software
• Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions or procedures
• Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.

Qualifications
