About the role

Limbic is seeking a Senior AI Researcher to advance the capabilities of AI-delivered mental health therapy. The role involves developing large language models to improve patient outcomes, conducting rigorous scientific experiments, and collaborating with clinical and engineering teams to build clinically evaluated tools.

Responsibilities

• Use cutting-edge ML techniques to improve patient trajectories and outcomes.
• Identify causal mechanisms driving recovery from mental health conversations.
• Design and run rigorous scientific experiments to validate methods and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Lead on patent submissions to protect intellectual property.
• Work closely with clinical and ML engineering teams to build product-ready tools.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and colleagues.
